Do you allow pets?
Yes we do! Our apartments are pet-friendly to both dogs and cats with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We do have a limit of 2 pets per apartment. There is a non-refundable one-time $500 pet fee and a monthly fee of $50 per pet.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open to both current and future residents Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You can also view available floor plans, community amenities, and access other community information on our website 24/7.
What are your prices?
Our community features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with a variety of layouts to match your needs. Our rents may change daily, so for the most up-to-date pricing, we recommend you check availability on the floor plans page of our website to find the floor plan and lease length that works best for you. You can also see any current specials that we may be offering. Our Leasing Consultants are here by phone, email, or text to help answer any questions you may have.
Are you close to the metro?
Yes. We are approximately a 15-minute walk from the Ballston Metro station which has the Orange and Silver lines. A Metro bus stop, as well as a Capital Bikeshare docking station, are also located adjacent to our property.
Is there grocery shopping nearby?
Yes, we have a Harris Teeter a half a mile from the property, and a Safeway one mile away. In addition, you will find that services, such as Instacart, are easy to use in our area if you don't have the time to do your shopping and would rather have it delivered.
Are there restaurants and bars nearby?
While we are located in a quiet suburban setting, all of the great restaurants in Ballston are just minutes away. Of course, if you don't feel like leaving the comfort of your own home, services like Uber Eats and GrubHub are just a phone call away. We also schedule a large variety of food trucks to come to our property weekly so that you can get a taste of the world right outside of your front door.
Can I pay my rent online?
Our Resident Portal allows you to pay your rent online, schedule maintenance requests, inquire about our amenities, and much more.
Is there dry-cleaning in the building?
We partner with Dryy to pick up and return your drycleaning at our front desk saving you time and money.
How can I get my packages?
Our front desk staff is available Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 am and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 am. Our front desk can also sign for packages for you. You'll receive an email from our Resident Portal alerting you to the delivery so that you can come down to pick it up at your convenience.
Is there parking in the building?
We have ample underground parking in our building starting at $75/month.
Is street parking available?
There are a large number of non-zoned Arlington County parking spaces around our community.
Is there guest parking in the building?
We do offer guest parking for your friends and family for $10/day.
Do you have a Guest Suite on site?
If you have friends and family in the area to visit you, you can have them stay close to you in our Guest Suite for $145/night. It's great for the holidays and couldn't be more convenient.
What are the Fitness Center hours?
Our Fitness Center is open from 5:00 am to midnight and offers the latest equipment in a convenient location. You can also take advantage of our free fitness classes led by Next Phase Fitness, every Wednesday in the Park (weather permitting).
Are there any amenity fees?
Our fitness center, business center, and club room are free for residents to use. The club room is also available to rent for private functions and can be booked through our Concierge.
What are the schools in the area?
The schools that are local to our community are Barrett Elementary School, Kenmore Middle School, and Washington-Liberty High School.
How close is the National Guard Bureau?
The National Guard Bureau, located on George Mason Drive, is a half-mile from our property and is a ten-minute walk away.
How close is the Foreign Service Institute?
The Foreign Service Institute (FSI), located on George Mason Drive, is a half-mile from our property and is a ten-minute walk away.
Are any farmers markets nearby?
The Lubber Run Farmers Market is a five-minute walk from the property and is open every Saturday from April through November. The Ballston Farmers Market is located less than two miles from our community and is open the first Thursday of each month.
Where's the closest mall?
The newly redesigned Ballston Quarter is a five-minute drive from our property and features shopping, dining, entertainment, and more in their unique indoor and outdoor spaces.
Are there any parks or green spaces nearby?
Arlington County's Henry Wright Park is located in the middle of our community and features a large green space with benches and tables, as well as a children's playground. Lubber Run is also a short walk away and includes an amphitheater where you can enjoy a great summer concert series and a new $50 million community center with basketball and pickleball, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces. Newly built Mosaic Park is also just a 5-minute drive away and includes bocce-ball courts and a playground with a climbing wall.
Is there a dog park close by?
We have a dog park located on our property where you can let your furry friend run free. There are also several larger dog parks within a 10-minute drive of our community. Or you can take advantage of the Lubber Run Trail, one mile of paved streamside trail through the woods and located just a five-minute walk from our community.
How far away is the airport?
National Airport is only 5 miles away from our community. If you need to get to Dulles, that's just over 20 miles from us.
What utilities do I have to pay for?
Residents are responsible for paying for electricity, water/sewer, and trash. Electricity is metered by Dominion and you are responsible just for what you use in your apartment. Water/sewer is also individually metered for your apartment. Trash is a flat $10/month fee. There is no gas in our apartments.
Who is the cable provider?
We are proud to offer both Comcast Xfinity and Verizon Fios as cable/internet/phone options for our residents here at Madison.
Do you have full-furnished apartments?
While we don't have any furnished apartments for rent, a number of our residents take advantage of the great deals that CORT Furniture offers here at Madison. We'll be happy to get you in contact with them to make your move a breeze.
Do you have storage on-site?
We offer storage units located in the building for your convenience. They can be rented on a month-to-month basis for $30/month.
How do I submit maintenance requests?
You can submit maintenance requests through our online Resident Portal, or call the Leasing Office. Our Maintenance Staff is here Monday through Friday to address any issues you may have and is available 24/7 for emergencies.
