|Recommended: NoThis place is a wreck. Bad security--- 4 men posing as maintenance asked to come into my apartment in the middle of the night and no one at Management will even call me back about it. Cars are getting stolen from the garage. AVOID this place. They take down bad reviews so do not trust them.

|Recommended: NoThey towed my car , claiming it was parked over the line. It was parked over the line because in the CORNER of the lot, if both cars park in the lines, then only 1 can get out. I am convinced that someone here is on the take. They are going to unlocked cars, removing the parking permits, then towing the cars and charging residents. Last time they towed it because I used THEIR recommended car detailing service and the car cleaners took down my permit to wash the window and failed to put it back up. That cost me 600 because I was out of town and my car sat at the tow lot. Madison-Ballston is corrupt and someone is clearly profiting from these practices. AVOID this place.

|Recommended: NoHorrible security. Cars getting stolen. 3 men knocked on my door at 11 33pm claiming to be maintenance and wanting entrance to my apartment. I did not let them in because I had no maintenance issues. I confirmed with front desk that they were NOT maintenance staff but the management wont even return my calls or look into it. They will claim I do not live here....I am leaving this place in 2 weeks but have lived here for almost a year. Avoid Madison-Ballston

We asked that they make sure you had contacted the police and to relay that if anything like this occurs in the future, you should contact the police immediately. |Recommended: NoTerrible Parking Situation — I have a different car temporarily for a few days since my regular car is in the shop. Instead of allowing me to get a temporary pass for the temporary car, they are forcing me to pay additional money for a guest pass even though I already pay monthly for parking.
Additionally, cars have been broken into and even stolen from the garage.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — The best part is the safety and proximity to Ballston station. Every door is secured via fob. Packages are also stored safely.

|Recommended: YesGreat First Place — This was my first apartment and from move in to move out it has been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas are very clean and useful. I neverrrr heard my neighbors and as a 20-something young women, I often had parties and received no noise complains. It is in a GREAT location if you like to go out in DC. There is always street parking for guest.
Only a few downsides The pool hours were weird that had to do with COVID and the lifeguarding company . The renewal amount was higher than expected, and the elevators didn't always work.
I really loved my experience here and if it wasn't for money issues, I would be staying.

|Recommended: YesBest Bang For Your Buck In Ballston — My fiancé and I had an incredible experience living at the Madison at Ballston Station. The apartments are huge, clean, and comfy The leasing office and management are always timely and super helpful, and the community atmosphere is second to none. The only areas for improvement that we experienced were 1 the shower drains clog easily and 2 fire alarms force all residents to vacate their apartment. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to live in the DMV give this place a shot
