|Recommended: YesGreat Community And Very Pleasant Neighborhood — I think Madison at Ballston Station is truly a gem hidden in the Ballston area. Paradigm management really maintains the property and the upkeep. I live on the third floor Alexandria Floor Plan . My entire experience starting from the leasing process and now has been great. I want to give a special callout to Mariana Vasiliu, one of the leasing agents has been super helpful and truly made my leasing experience great. I signed the lease around March 2021 when COVID was still existent and I was able to sign the lease virtually. So believe me when I say this if Mariana is your leasing agent, you are getting the best deal and all the facts about the apartment. I am only deducting a star just because of the less decent gym in 4400 vs 4401 4401 is a new building

Close relatively to the metro station
Decent Gym however I feel 4400 building's equipment's are poorly maintained and are missing some key extensions
Amazing leasing staff
Good amenities
Great parking facility, bit expensive however you will always find a spot
Quiet neighborhood
CONS
Expensive currently, I signed when they had great deals so it fit my budget but in general the properties around the area has become expensive
Do check out your floorplan, there are some floorplan which do not receive ample daylight

|Recommended: YesConvenient Location — The office staff is friendly, professional, and make a conscious effort to acknowledge you by name. Concierge service is pleasant and does well with accepting your packages and notifying you for pick up. Their hours are flexible and genuinely available when needed. I will be amiss not to mention that the apartment walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. However, if you are blessed with quiet neighbors, that is a plus. I have made complaints and the responses to my complaints were interesting. I choose this particular property due to locality so I have some things to consider during renewal.
|Recommended: YesExcellent Property — While it may seem rustic and older, it is quite a nice place to live. Quiet and away from downtown but close enough to walk, is perfect for some people's way of life.
|Recommended: YesExcellent Accommodations And Staff — Great place to live with amazing accommodations parking, gym, pool, front desk, etc and very responsive staff maintenance employees. I've had a couple minor things that needed attention and they were handled exceptionally well and quickly. They were issues outside the property managers' control but the responsiveness was great to address them. The grounds are always well-maintained, the noise levels between walls are minimal with really only the front door posing any neighborly sounds. The layouts offered are somewhat varied with acceptable prices for the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in this price range that you will certainly get what you pay for and enjoy the complex.

I have raved about it to everyone I know and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, well-maintained, spacious apartment in a convenient location. It is about a 10 minute walk into the center of Ballston, so it is in a quieter part of the neighborhood, but still accessible. Management has been very easy to work with and are always available for any of my questions or concerns. Overall I am very happy with my decision to live here.
